Wake up, It’s Time 4 School!

Do you hate waking up in the morning every day for school? Do you also think that you don’t get enough sleep because schools start way too early? Schools should start at 12:00pm and end at 4:oopm 4 hours of school is good already this way we get more sleep and so would teachers! You might not believe it but it is so true

 

The study of thousand of Minneapolis found out when students at school got slightly more sleep they get better grades and experienced less depression. Some people think that schools should be longer for us students. They think that we will learn more if school is longer, but actually when students get more sleep students are ready to learn. According to Dr. Mary A. Claskanon from the website www.schoolrenewal.org who is the director of sleep research lab at Bradley hospital at Brown University many children don’t go to sleep until 11:00 pm or later. But many teens/kids need about nine hours of sleep but only get seven hours they need to get to school at 7:30 or earlier.

That is why all schools should start later to benefit all children! Plus all students need more beauty sleep! Your child deserves good grades so help the cause and lets try and get the school to start later!
